ORPHANS RESCUE KIT CHALLENGE AGAINST AIDS, A SUCCESS!

PDG John Eagan and Maria made shelter-box their special project in 2007-08. We have adopted the Orphan Rescue Kit (ORK) as our special project.
The ORK is a concept that can be adopted anywhere in the world where children die from preventable diseases such as Malaria, AIDS, Polio and others.
ORK embraces the established Rotary International Projects.
The first ORK initiative will be in Nairobi, Kenya, where partners Rotarians for Fighting Aids, Hope World Wide and Coca Cola, work together with the Rotary Club of Nairobi to assemble and distribute ORK’s in the slums… particularly to the Mathare slums.(…)
